“This is the longest conversation I've had for a month and two days.”

In a launderette, two strangers at very different points in their lives begin to talk. 'Clean' is Amelia Brown's first short play, about how to cope when your expectations for what you thought life was going to be, are not met. It is about women and isolation, but mostly it is about the importance of talking.

Written and directed by Amelia Brown

Cast:

Martha: Julie Teal

Corinne: Lorna Rose Harris

'Clean' was performed at the Bread and Roses Theatre 25th - 27th January as part of The Platform.
